B.B – The Twinning breakup letter to Northridge 117 has been sent. B.B now has ZRP camping at his house for protection.

Projects and Services
R.L – Almost did paperwork for POS machines. Scruff actually did it!
– GSCT Run is coming up. Rob is actually organizing it!
– RT1 is manning the gate for Motorcross in December.
– There is the “Old Legs Tour” fundraiser bike ride at Domboshawa on 27/10/18. RT1 is helping RT23 with the event.
– The Round Table golf day was a huge success. Raised about $2000 accidentally!
A.B – Has 10lts Fuchs oil and Glen Lee aka Jett Lee’s whiskey from the golf day.
B.B – Well done Lippy and Grant Wear for a very successful event. Lippy actually did help on this one!
M.H – Meeting with Lake Harvest on 10/10/18 to go through the Kariba run, show them the video, and review the event.
Fellowship
A.B – Golf day was super.
– River Raid coming up from 01-04/11/18.
– Pass the Port is with D.L.
– Dinner Diary is with M.E
GSCT (Greendale Senior Citizens Trust)
R.L – We need to sort the common room so that we can improve the quality of life for the tenants.
Regalia
– Everyone is paid up.
B.B – R.L put everyone’s banner up at the golf day EXCEPT RT1’S!
Area
B.B – For the first time in many years RT1 dominated in numbers.
– RT1 is hosting next year’s AGM
– We need to form a committee to start planning for this so we make it a huge success.
I.L – We should look at tieing in a big RT function with every half yearly. It worked really well this year.
A.B – It is good to work with RT23 on these functions.
GWP (Green Wood Park)
B.B – No committee formed by P.K yet.
– Talking with the Municipality about the lease.
– There are a few issues that need addressing.
I.L – It is important to put guys in roles that they are able to fulfill.
PR & Marketing
M.H – Working the LeeJay (23) to create a consolidated format for Table Zimbabwe and each sub table under the rtzimbabwe.org domain. Subdomains will be created for each table. Hre1.rtzimbabwe.org
We need to contact more 41ers and start getting them more involved as they are always keen
B.B – We need to clean up the table sites so that they are current.
