D.K – Meeting Govt next weekfor the PVO. Need a big drive on fundraising.
M.H – Have received info for the website. Waiting on sign off of the website before we kickstart the fundraising.
A.K – 2nds D.K chirp last month that Soraya is NOT Hot!
D.K now feels sorry for Soraya…..he seems to be flip flopping on his stance!
M.H – Glen Lee AKA Jet Lee AKA Brett Lee AKA Bruce Lee is doing a video for the golf day.
D.K – Need to raise $600k for the project to start.
J.G – $65k raised so far in cash, and plenty more in physical donations.

C.M – Provisional figures for Karibe = $29k after expenses. This is $13k up on last year.

Projects and Services
R.C – Kariba run went well. Thanks to everyone who came and put effort.
R.L gave great thanks to R.C for doing the job he was supposed to do.
R.C – We can get more sponsors
– 2019 will be even bigger and better
– Need more Tablers at the event.
– We need to grow the event with Beck Edwards to book accommodation, etc.
– We have received lots of thank you letters from sponsors, a good indication the run went well.
– 1070 people including kids at the event. 177 kids ran.
– We need to invest in digital clocks, dustbins, gazebos, etc.
R.C did not run as he was too busy Lippy!
R.L – Golf Day coming along nicely.
– Received $1800 in sponsorship so far.
– Need to fill up the 4 ball slots.
– Need prizes.
– He won’t make the GSCT run for a change.
Fellowship
A.B – Kariba was good fellowship.
– There is the golf day coming up which will be an epic social.
– Thanks Lowi and Pix for Dinner Diary.
– D.K has pass the port coming up 22.08.18
– River Raid on 04.11.18 ; 7 guys from RT1 so far
– Chairman needs to provide a date for his Xmas social.
– There is the Poitje social at Tin on Saturday.
GSCT (Greendale Senior Citizens Trust)
A.K – Should we do a project specifically for GSCT?
– No one has died yet.
J.G – is moving on from designing the kitchen to kitting it out as well.
– He has 600 DVD’s for them, but no books!
Regalia
D.L – He is building up stocks.- Guys must pay before they take!
– Non payers will be named and shamed next month if they have not settled.
D.L must be regalia chief for life!
Z.A – Get sponsor for regalia from one company for the year.
Area
B.B – Half Yearly AGM on Sat 29/09/18. Need a strong attendance from RT1 as we have been useless lately.
GWP (Green Wood Park)
B.B – Moving forward nicely. They are doing a good job.
– The trampoline area is now a sand pit for littlies.
– New jungle gyms.
– We still need to sort mini town and boats.
– P.K to start practising for his role as GWP chairman next year.
J.G – Good feedback re GWP.
P.K – There has been lots of good reviews re GWP.
C.M – lets set up a committee for a 3-4yr term.
D.K – We must minute meetings with park shareholders.
PR & Marketing
M.H – Needs material to keep posts fresh.
– A.C knows a chick who owns pay now.
– Lots of knock on from Kariba run. Keen to have sponsors wrapped up by Jan.
– Followers on the web up from 300 to 3000.
– Get Zi FM and STAR FM on board.

B.B – I have still not seen a love letter to Northridge 117.
– Where is the letter saying we are moving on Linnel????
